IAA is a full-service appraisal
consulting organization with a experienced staff of commercial
associates and a full compliment of software for word
processing and financial analysis. We concentrate exclusively
on income producing properties and provide market value
appraisals as well as marketability and feasibility analyses,
trade area studies, and consulting services. The firm also has
a long history of litigation services including bankruptcy,
property tax and condemnation consultation.
New Jersey is our primary geographic market area of expertise,
although assignments of broader scope and greater complexity
are periodically completed on a regional basis.
Louis S. Izenberg is a member of the Appraisal Institute, a
past member of the Board of Directors for the Metro New Jersey
Chapter of the Appraisal and has served on numerous national,
regional and local committees of the Appraisal Institute
including those dealing with ethics, admissions and education.
